Title of Event:: New Student Orientation
Description of Event:: Multiple advising sessions will occur on the 4th floor of the MLC and then students will be escorted to the 7th floor where they will register for classes. Requesting that the doors to the 4th and 7th floor remain open as well as access to the elevators on the 1st, 4th, and 7th floor to remain available to allow students to navigate the above mentioned floors and also be allowed to exit the MLC.

Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: No special set up is required other than having wooden tables and chairs available for use.
