Description of Event:: Ms. Gracie Ortiz will give a talk on the life style of the soldaderas and their role during the Revolución Mexicana.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 10/11/2017
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: The speaker will need a projector connected to a computer so that speaker can project images on a screen. She will also need speakers and a CD player so she can play CDs to goo along with projection of of images. Set up the 55 wheeled chairs for the audience. On the stage, a computer for the speaker so she can manipute her images to go along with her speech and a table for the equipment on stage.
