Description of Event:: STEM students who participated in undergraduate research over the summer will give presentations on their works.

Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 3-6 p.m.
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: 3 p.m. Setup 4 p.m. - Program starts 5:30 p.m. - Program ends 6 p.m. - Breakdown finished
