This session offers practical tools and reflective strategies for maintaining personal well-being while navigating the demands of teaching and leadership. Participants will explore time-efficient approaches to self-care that support focus, energy, and sustainability—without compromising professional responsibilities or institutional expectations.
Learning Objectives:
1.Recognize common signs of burnout and fatigue in academic settings.
2. Explore time-efficient self-care strategies that support focus and energy.
3. Develop a personal action plan for maintaining well-being during peak workload periods.
