Description:
This is not a required course. Participation is voluntary and optional.
This session will provide faculty with practical strategies for gathering and using student feedback to improve instructional effectiveness. Participants will explore how brief, targeted reflections after each class session can reveal what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust for greater impact. By listening to students and analyzing their input, faculty can strengthen engagement, clarity, and planning for future sessions.
Learning Objectives:
1. Explain the value of student feedback in shaping instructional decisions.
2. Identify methods for collecting meaningful feedback after each class session.
3. Apply reflective practices to improve lesson planning and classroom engagement.
