This is not a required course. Participation is voluntary and optional.
Description: This session invites educators to take a closer look in the mirror and explore how intentional reflection can drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) model, participants will uncover how small shifts, guided by student feedback and outcome data, can lead to meaningful growth for both educators and learners.
Learning Outcomes: By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Explain how reflective practice supports continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
- Apply the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) model to evaluate and refine instructional strategies.
- Develop an action plan for ongoing reflection and growth to improve student success.
