This informative training will provide guidance for employees identified in a grievance or the supervisor overseeing the resolution process. The training will review the grievance policy and procedure, provide discussion through case studies, and an opportunity for Q&A. Students are encouraged to use the Non-Academic Grievance Process to voice concerns if they feel they were treated unfairly or discriminated against by a staff or faculty member.
