This is not a required course. Participation is voluntary and optional.
This event will focus on SmartPath - the Alamo College District's new faculty evaluation system platform. SmartPath is the new Faculty Evaluation platform replacing Faculty 180 this fall of 2025. In this session, participants will learn how to navigate the SmartPath platform. Some specific topics to be covered include how to access the platform, how to input data and best practices in how to effectively use a narrative-based evaluation system that includes goals and specific course documents required for Faculty evaluation.
