This is not a required course. Participation is voluntary and optional.
This session will provide a background on Strategic Plan development at both the College and individual unit level. Best practices for creation of unit Stategic Plans will also be covered.
Learning Objectives:

Attendees will receive an introduction to Institutional Assessment and SAC Scores.

Attendees will be able to connect departmental goals to Institutional Strategic Priorities.

Attendees will be able to make data-informed decisions for resource allocation.
