Description : 

This is not a required course. Participation is voluntary and optional.

This session is a new system that replaced Faculty 180 where faculty can work on and submit their self and peer evaluations. The faculty will learn how to navigate the software and input their data as well as set up their faculty profiles.

Session Description:
This session will be an overview of the new SmartPath faculty evaluation including a history of how we got here, changes in the timeline and expectations for faculty peer reviewers and Chairs/Directors. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Learning outcomes:    
By the end of this session, participants should be able to:
1. Describe why we have switched from Faculty 180 to SmartPath.
2. Outline the major steps of the new SmartPath process.
3. Identify the important dates that relevant items are due.
