Description of Event:: Advising Department will host a series of presenters with different topics all geared towards expanding the knowledge of advisors to assist with providing the most up to date and accurate information from resources around campus.
Preferred Date for Event: 5-3-24
Preferred Time: 9:00am - 11:00am
Setup for Event: Please describe the setup you will request from Campus Logistics if needed.: Advisors will need chairs which can be taken from tables already in place around the area. We will be ok with putting everything back in the area they were taken from.
I acknowledge the following rules for LPA events (please read & check all boxes):: Event will be for 55 attendees., Event can only be approved by the LPA Coordinator who will approve or deny the request via email within 1 week., I will contact the Director of the Library if I am presenting any material that could be offensive.
