Title of Event:: SAC Service Awards Ceremony
Description of Event:: Dr. Robert Vela will distribute Service Awards to employees who have been employed at SAC for 15, 25 & 40 years of service.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 11/15/2017
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 12:30 to 4pm.
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: Please set up 4 six foot tables at the back of the room for refreshments for this event. Dr. Vela will need the Podium and mic. We will also need one six foot table at the entrance for sign in.
