Title of Event:: Trim Tab Awards Ceremony
Description of Event:: The Trim Tab Committee will be hosting the Trim Tab Awards Ceremony to recognize an individual who, based on the 7 Habits exhibits a high level of performance & demonstrates outstanding skills & dedication while carrying out special projects. Dr. Vela will be the presenter of this prestigious award. The date & time of event will be Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m. Dr. Vela will present at 10:15 a.m.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 11/15/2017
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: The setup for the event should be the same as the set-up for the President's Service Award Ceremony to be held on the same day , Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 1:30.
