What general area of research or topics will your students be exploring?:	Student] groups will research a general education topic on a topic of their choosing. I am suggesting current events/issues (local, state, national), both on the K-12 and higher education level. They will present their research via group but individually create a 10-item annotated bibliography. Historical happenings are also options for this project.
What will your students do or create with the sources they find?:	If possible, I'd like them to be introduced to peer edited journals in education.
On the day students attend the library class, at what point will they be in their research process?:	general area of research identified; they will need help narrowing and defining a specific research topic
