Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 09:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: We'll need the computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables for materials, and 55 wheeled audience chairs.
I acknowledge the following rules for LPA events (please check all boxes or your event will NOT be approved):: Event will be 2 hours or less, Event will be for 55 attendees or fewer and held in the space immediately in front of the stage area, Event will not use the student study space or furniture which exists outside of the LPA, Event can only be approved by the LPA Coordinator who will approve or deny the request via email within 2 business days, Event planner will submit a work order to Facilities for post event cleanup
