Description of Event:: We will be having an advisor training/update.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 07/12/2018
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 5pm-7pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: We are requesting 35 chairs and also the use of the projector/computer.
