What general area of research or topics will your students be exploring?:	I want my students to have an overview of library services, (including the TexShare card0, how to access available databases and peer reviewed articles. Exposure to Ferguson's, O'Net and OOH. I want them to email themselves this article: It All Starts at the Top: Divergent Leadership Styles and Their Impact Upon a University.
What will your students do or create with the sources they find?:	In my class, they will do a leadership project based on this article. They will also take the interest inventory in Ferguson's and do a Career Project based on their findings.
On the day students attend the library class, at what point will they be in their research process?:	no general area of research or topic selected; they will need sample topics to help them explore ideas
Notes (different start/end time, requests, etc.)::	I want my students to be aware of what is available for them as far as library/research resources. When we work on topics, they will have been exposed to the sources.
