Title of Event:: Undergraduate Research Symposium
Description of Event:: Students who participated in the undergraduate research program will discuss their projects.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 09/18/2018
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 4-6 p.m.
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: We will need the chairs, microphone for speaker, projector, screen, one long table in the back. We will need to setup about an hour before the event. Students will bring their posters, etc. We would like to set up the posters between the two glass walls.
