Title of Event:: HIST 2327 - Mexican American History I Presentations
Description of Event:: I would like to reserve the LPA for Wednesday, 11/28, 10:30am-12:30pm and Thursday, 11/29, 10:30am-12:30pm. I would use it for my HIST 2327 Mexican American History I class presentations.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 11/28/2018
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 10:30am-12:30pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: I would need access to the computer/projector/screen and 2 lapel microphones. I would need about 55 chairs set up. I would need two tables in the back for food/drinks, and 1 table in the front for a sign-in sheet and other documents.
