Description of Event:: Dr. Vela would like to host the annual service awards event at the MLC 4th floor visual arts area.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 10/25/2018
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 2-5pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area.
