Description of Event:: TX Tech will be here to present updates to the Advising Team.

Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 10:30am-12:00pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: We will be needing computer/projector access and a total of 35 chairs set up. Also the refreshment tables would be used during this event.
