Title of Event:: Work Study Training
Description of Event:: This will be a training event for work study students working in departments under the Division of Student Success.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 02/08/2019
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): 3-5pm
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: Please place the 55 wheeled audience chairs in rows with the same number of chair per roll. Please allow with an aisle in-between two sections of rows.
