Title of Event:: Suicide through the Lens - Student perceptions
Description of Event:: This display will feature photos taken by students that highlight their perceptions of suicide as a social problem as well as their perceptions of solutions.
Preferred Date for Event: (check library calendar for open dates): 04/08/2019
Preferred Time: (events should be 2 hours or less): We are not using staging area. We would like for exhibit to run for 3 weeks all day (4/8 - 4/26) and use the gray panel displays in the center walkway on the 4th floor
Setup for Event: Please be specific with the type of setup you require. The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area. Library staff will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure your setup is good to go.: Will need panels and frames for exhibit posters (3 in total) I am not sure how to respond to the questions below because we are not using the staging area. We plan to have the panels up for 3 weeks. I am checking that I do acknowledge the rules. If we cannot get 3 weeks we will take whatever is available.
