The LPA has a small stage (6 people), computer, projector, screen, podium, mic, 2 long tables and 55 wheeled audience chairs. Wood study chairs are also available for musician seating on the stage area.

The person requesting the space will contact Facilities and/or OTS to ensure set-up requirements are submitted before the event. The library cannot perform set-up or take-down of the LPA area.
the chairs that are set up are good, don't think we will need any more, a microphone would be good, a table for light refreshments
I acknowledge the following rules for LPA events (please check all boxes or your event will NOT be approved):: Event will be for 55 attendees or fewer and held in the space immediately in front of the stage area, Event will not use the student study space or furniture which exists outside of the LPA, Event can only be approved by the LPA Coordinator who will approve or deny the request via email within 2 business days
